Messages sent to you are stored in your inbox. Messages you send are automatically saved in your outbox. They can be stored there or deleted.

   You can send a message to any other site member who has been added to your contact list.

   You can express yourself creatively in your messages by changing the size, font, and color of your text.

   You can save messages that you are working on in the drafts folder. The messaging center is a great way to facilitate alumni networking and it's a proven way to increase site visits.

   Hundreds of messages a week flow through the Pepperdine system. Alumni can use this internal messaging system even if they choose to hide their email address from other alumni. Alumni can choose to be notified via normal email whenever someone sends them a message.
