There are four different types of users on AlumSys: The Public, Site Guests, Students, and Alumni.

   Whole sections of information can be privacy-controlled with a single click.

   Users can grant or deny access to their information as they see fit. A check mark in the colored columns on the right of the screen allows that field of information to be viewed by the selected user group.

   The AlumSys privacy controls guarantee that your constituent's information is secure.

   This allows a radiologist, for example, to advertise his business phone to everyone, his private email to only other alumni, and not let anyone see his home phone.
